AGM Postponed – Join Us for a Club Update & Q&A

Dear Members,

We hope this message finds you well.

We’re writing to inform you that the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will need to be postponed. In the interim, we invite you to attend a Club Update and Q&A session on Monday, 25th August at 7:00 PM.

This session will provide an open forum to discuss:

• The challenges the Club has faced due to the absence of a comprehensive business continuity plan
• Why it has taken time to address these issues
• The path forward and how we’re building a stronger foundation

Despite these challenges, we want to reassure you that the Club remains in a stable financial position.

To support our operations and improve accountability, we’ve engaged new financial and administrative resources, including outsourced industry professionals—accountants and bookkeepers—who are working closely with our auditor, Allison Sharp from MC Lewan.  Alongside our internal team, they are ensuring our records and systems are current, robust, and aligned with best practices.

A new date for the AGM will be determined and shared with you as soon as it is confirmed.
